MIZORY Scammed me and tried to turn it on me

Briefly explain the trade: I went first in a trust trade offering this person $14.00 USD for 20M RSGP, He declined the trade and took my money. He then proceeded in spamming/trolling my thread saying I deserve a TWC and I charged back.

How they scammed: He asked me if I sent the money and then declined the trade as you can see in the pictures.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: You can see in game he has the same username "M I Z O R Y" . Also if a mod wants to teamview me I have a video of this.
