that's utter bs my main is 296 in rs and it's not even in that list.

 

The website says the 265th account is Alexi, so it must be login.

Doubt it, that list has been confirmed many times

 

I've personally got the 22nd account on that list...

But I'd guess that is a Display name. D:

i just recovered a random acc. this is THE ORIGINAL Alexi and its the login name.
