Trojan is a scammer!

Briefly explain the trade: He said he would not go first as he had many vouches, he also showed me the vouches and they were pretty legit as he had sold around 200m to a $100+ donator and such.
How they scammed: Told me to go first, I paid 8m for an upgrade, he gave me the upgrade pin but it did not work.
