Why you think they are ban evading:
I did a trade with Cody592Ban earlier today,

He used the same msn as on this thread http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1023216

I saw the character that Cody used to trade with me in game while at the GodsofGe dice clan, and he asked me to vouch for him in return. I said np (I hadn't vouched for him at the time since he didn't have a vouch thread). He told me to add a new msn, [email protected]. I do not have a screeny of this last part (of him telling me to add him in game), however I do have a video of our whole membership trade, showing his character, and Hubabs is currently a rank in CCs dice clan, so the two can be linked together. I have not posted the video as it is on my iPhone, I will upload it if necessary.
