Saint of sins---Scammer.

I previously spoke to Farcast about the matter when saint of sins didn't do any of my order for 5 days or so, he said if the order wasn't completed within the previously agreed 7 days and he didn't refund me he was scamming. I have sent him a pm, saint of sins has trained the level however he has only completed half the order.

Briefly explain the trade: I paid 60m for 74 dung/140k tokens he completed the 74 dung however he has yet to get me 140k tokens which I paid for, I included the dung level and tokens since both are requirements for rigour. I have no outside knowledge of dungeoneering, so I included both so the order couldn't possibility go wrong: That's what I thought anyway.
How they scammed: Refusing to finish the order or refund the payment.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Not needed at this stage, I doubt he will deny the trade happening, I have all the correct screen-shots however I have very limited time as I'm at college 9 hours a day and work 7 hours a day. However if it's absolutely necessary I will provide them.
Trade screenshots: Him confirming the order ignore the 50m confirmation, he asked for 70m since 140k tokens was 1.4m xp but I haggled him down to 60m which he confirms further down the page. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1115699&page=9 about halfway down the page. Pm me for access to the account or just the account name so you can see the 140k tokens has not been completed.
Edit: Logged into the account to check the tokens, there are only 104.5k so far which means he spent 5.5k ish tokens. (On xp I'd imagine)
