Bro--Scamming/encouraging theft.

Briefly explain the trade: Bought his unlimited upgrades guide, he has since edited the thread. Not sure if you can see what he posted before he edited but if you can here is the link: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1094581

How they scammed: I bought the guide for a paymo sms upgrade which cost £6. The "guide" is a simple guide of how to steal upgrades from shops...

I have all the screen-shots of the trade, although because I was using ebuddy the chat is very small so it took a large number of screen-shots. I think these images are sufficent evidence, however all 14 screen-shots are in the same album.

My last two comments where about ten minutes apart and his reply to the final one was instant so he was just ignoring it.

This is my first report on this site and I hope I have provided enough proof for the person to be sufficiently punished if I have not please get hold of me asap because im keeping the chat open until . If he isn't going to be banned for this I'd like him to have to repay me the full amount via a none disputable payment method. (£6 which is what it cost me)

I posted some warnings on his threads, here is his reply:

As you can see he says "This is a guide I made in ten minutes" Whilst in the screen-shots he states he made 2k usd in a hour from it as a reply from one of my pre-sale questions.

 

I have PM'd him. He has 24 hours to refund you.

 

Thanks, I tried to get him to refund it a day or two ago. He replied "already repayed you. please stop raging on my threads" Although he claims to have refunded me he has not.

 

edit: not mattering anymore. He admitted not to have paid you back. He still have 6 hours left.

 

24 hours have passed - I've banned him.
