ISTAYHIGH - scammer?

Just a few hours ago I was scammed by ISTAYHIGH. He seemed a nice guy. >_< But when i gave him 15m for 3 month membership he logged out.
I have all the proofs.
So to start with:

Edit : Contacted him with another msn and he appeared to be online AND he told that he doesn't remember anything ... I even PMED him a few times but got no answer even though he is online... He even was reading this topic...
