He asked me to post this for him, these are his exact words, quoted from out conversation:

I was banned 2 days ago for BAN EVADING.

This is the only account i have ever made, nobody else uses this computer.

I have been on this site for 2 years, and 90% of the times loggd on this computer, rest are on random places i go when i am out of the city.

For that reason i find pretty weird the acussations, i am not a ban evader because i have never been banned here on sythe or another trading forum.

I would like some information about the ban.

i also have an account on mmobay forums, and few monnths ago something like this happened: i sold an account to another person ( knotsy or smethign like that), and next day the admin contacted me saying that i was sharing ips with knotsy, and another person that sold him an account. Problem was that knotsy scammed many persons that night, including me, because the payment was held ( i won the appeal later).

I sent all the proof i had to the admin, including paypal transactions and everything he asked me on AIM, so he knew something weird happened, finally i proved my innocence. I can prove the above, or you can contact the admin if you have any questions.

Some time ago, all my country was banned from sythe.org, i contacted staff members (dont remember who), and they told me that someone in my country was attacking the site, so they banned the whole country.
They adviced me to use a proxy to log into the site and ask what was happening, so i logged via random google proxies for some time till the poblem was fixed.

Another problem i had was few months ago, when i went to sythe.org, another account was logged on my computer, i logged out and contacted a staff member ( im pretty sure it was giddy but not 100%), i told him was happened, he checked the account , due to none was banned and the ips didnt matched and no scam was made on that account or mine, he told me to jsut forget it, when i told him i didnt wanted that to get me banend later, he told me to let him know if anything happened ( im not sure if he was giddy, if you remember please post it.)

I would also like to know what is the banned account im being banned for, and what was the reason it was banned.
Due to i cant log on sythe.org because i get redirected every time to the same page (when i click "dispute forum on the message" please whoever its gonna take care of this add me on msn or email me, for anything else you might need as evidence or anything.

I also have apending report a scammer agaisnt X O for attempting to scam, i took 40+ pictures of the transactions, i dont want to upload one by one, so i made a facebook account and uploaded all the pictures at once, whoever wants the evidence add this account as a friends on facebook:

I see the IPs where you used the proxy; there are like 12-14 other accounts on those.

However on your home IPs, you match the user maic4 around 8 times. Proxy wouldnt explain why that member matches the home IPs that many times.
