Scammer Fails Hardcore

ROFL so here's the story.

His name: Daniel Shkurman

Basicly this kid on msn: ''[email protected]'' wanted to buy 500M with Giddy as OMM. (Giddy never informed me the kid was banned THEY WERE TALKING about it, Giddy is a fucking idiotic shit omm)

And afterwards: he claimed back. I told him to write the notice(before) ''The seller is not responsible for unauthorized acces''. When he claimed: I phoned paypal.

Now the funny part: His claim is REJECTED. for 400 USD.

Translated: ''The Buyers Claim is Rejected and No money has been put off your account''.

HAHAHAH i lolled so hard.


Just make sure u CALL paypal ALWAYS if you are scammed and make sure you screenshot the deal in RuneScape, that was enough for the paypal lady to reject his claim!

can u tell me what kind of proof u used for paypal cuz i got scammed in this way.

I told the lady he left a notice:

''The seller is not responsible for unauthorized acces.''

She said that was a good proof and she asked me for more proof of the virtual goods gave the tradescreen in a attachment and the claim was rejected (she told it was made of his normal computer and so ROFL what an idiot).

He asked Gumbawler to vouch him after (before we traded) and Gumbawler said 'I'm banned, remember?'

Stupid ofcourse not to notice from me but i was sort of away and they kept talking so yeah didnt scroll up.

To bad I didnt save MSN logs.

Hmmm I might have my buyers from now on put that note also.

And sometimes PayPal Check IP logs, If the IP's are Different from the Normal owners IP then they usually let the people who filed the un-authorized paymen win. So it really depends how stupid the buyer is, he probly didnt Proxy his IP.
