Canada Man + Drrizzzy Drake = Scammers

Before I begin, I would like to mention that both members go to the same school about an hour away from me and I have been able to trace them both + contact their principles, their ISP of their illegal activity, their parents, etc. Therefore, they will most probably quit scamming from now on.

Quick run-through:

Canada PM's me saying he'll buy my 1B for $1/M through WU and that I must go first. I said I'll send him 500M at a time and we stake it out. I give him 500M, he said he's going to drive to the WU store now and he'll return in 15-20 minutes and we can do the next 500M. After 40 minutes, he returns and said he didn't go and that his friend went instead. So, after an hour later, he starts procastinating some more and at the end, I leave. However, before I leave, around the time I was about to leave, he starts ignoring me so, I added him on a second MSN and he actually responds and he knows he got caught so thats when he starts saying his friend sent the payment and crap. Next day I come, he admits to scamming and I trace him and his friend and contact their principals and soon to contact their parents, ISP, etc.

Can someone please resolve this?

I've already contacted Drrizzzy's father and he got pissed. And I will be calling Canada Man next to make him pay the cash we agreed on or return the items.

 

Meh, thought Canada was a scammer when his MSN got "hacked" and he scammed a ton of people and only had to pay back 200m to get unbanned.

Nothing I can do about drake though, the PM proves nothing and chat logs are not proof.
