Briefly explain the trade: Pin for $5 Paypal

How they scammed:

said that "you were to late to enter your PIN", when my PIN completely didn't work and I was never warned on his thread or via MSN that there is a time limit. (the error message was "Incorrect Payment Window for PIN". I was never warned or told that there is a time limit to activate the PIN (on his official sales thread or on MSN), and this qualifies it as a scam. I was NOT refunded and verbally assaulted.

Locking this as I talked it over with him, and this isn't enough proof to warrant a ban.
