Madafakas disabled my steam account

After 2/3 weeks Madafakas sended me a mail with the following text:

I tried to contact him over MSN or mail but he wouldn't answer. My Paypal was hacked like a week before he mailed and he maybe try to refund. I don't got any money back on my Paypal and on transactions it still says Completed. Now all my 3 steam accounts are like gone. My 2 mains are disabled and the account I bought is hacked/recovered.

I can provide screenshots if needed.

 

Please provide more proof.

 

The account I bought is recovered, he talked to some friends from me on steam with text like: "Stop with hacked accounts!!!".

Nothing wrong with the payment, I don't got any money back. He still has the money (because it says voltooid, means Completed in dutch: http://translate.google.nl/#nl|en|Voltooid).


I don't care about the account anymore, I just want my money back now.

 

On your paypal payment, please show the details. I need to see the email address used.

 

If I need to change my language to English to make it more clear, please tell me.
