    Scammer "Runescape Market" $95
    Hey Sythe, I sold this account : http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1022321 on February 15, 2011 and 6 days later this guy refunds the money. I gave him entire info and he sent me money and was LEGIT until today. Sadly i dont have the MSN chat since he refunded 6 days later however i found enough images to prove he scammed me for $95.

    All i want is a refund back from him because i am -$95 and my mom will KILL ME if they charge her bank.

    That is a held payment, which means paypal is only examining it. If it is resolved tell us so we can either unban or keep him banned.
