Rico Suave. Self-vouches/multiple accounts/trying to scam

I've been selling upgrades recently (15+ in the past few days). This kid posts on my thread and contacts me on MSN, asking if I'll go first. I agree to go first and then go to his vouch thread and see that he has a vouch from the a Sythe account with the same name he has set as his MSN name (Erv). As soon as i bring this up to him he stops talking for a few minutes and then bring in some random kid that he introduces as a "trusted MM".

I tell him that I won't trade with him because he self-vouched and obviously has more than one account. He accuses me of not trading because he brought it an MM and saying that I was intending to scam him. He then /RAGEQUIT and went offline. Just thought I should bring it to attention before he scams anyone.

EDIT: If you look on his vouch thread, the only other person that posted is also accusing him of scamming an account. They just didn't write an official report.
