Scammed for Account Upgrade

If this is not enough info, please tell me how much more I need. I was only scammed 3m, but this still frustrates me.

He clearly states "under pay by mobile" (AKA PayMo), so this should clear up any confusion as to if we were using the wrong payment method.

Also: I am Jesse. His email is chaserd11, name is chase, to clear up any further confusion.

That was extremely hard to read. However he did log off without giving you a PIN, so he is banned.
