recovery of "jd 365" (identity verified)

Hey, please disregard my previous post, re-reading it I found some obvious errors that im slapping myself for. I would like to recover the account "jd 365" with a space not "jd365" my previous email account last used was "[email protected]" it was used as the main email account for "jd 365" but when i request a new password and put in the email account it is not registered as the rightful email account, I can supply previous passwords and my IP address should match the creation IP address.
