This is how the trade worked. Neither had OMM fees I had just enough to purchase 45m and he just never brought up paying for it himself. He said I can go first or we can 50/50... I decided I'll 50/50 and hopefully it works out. So I send him my money and he said he never got it... So I gave him proof of my before and after balance and me sending it as a gift because it is non refundable. He still says he doesn't have it and we will contact PP... Well He gave me 11m instead of 22m... He was supposed to give me 22m because I sent him 22 dollars... He gave me 11 instead saying hold on to this and when I actually get the money I'll give you the other 11m... So I'm thinking okay what ever I'll do that since I don't have much of a choice I'm already out 22 dollars. So when I IM him about 30 minutes later asking if he got the rest of the money he was logged off and never logged back in...
