I am unsure as to why you seem to think I have scammed you.
I helped you + Jarvis to setup the process and it worked fine for you last time we spoke, as for your problems with not being able to access the guide (you should of saved it really) the URL was changed for security reasons. I have contacted you regarding this but heard of no reply.
Please note that I have also been on Holiday this week so I have been unable to help you, although I actually never at any point promised any aftercare help.
Please do not throw around false accusations like this.
