Re: iDung for pure
One thing you have to be really careful about. There is one way the bot DOES get defense experience regardless. When style switching the bot switches between slash and crush. I haven't tested it with a maul but with 2H's if the bot is on crush and for whatever reason it fails the floor/client crashes etc. The account logs out with 'block' selected. Because when you get kicked out of a floor and all weapons are unequipped, runescape automatically defaults to 'block' from 'crush'(actually called smash for 2hs) even though crush gives STR exp and block gives DEF exp. If you start the bot again, it will start out on block(crush but with defense exp) and may not correct itself until it switches to slash again. Some people have complained about getting defense experience from iDung and I found out this is why it was happening.
The only way to keep it from happening is to make sure style switch is 'off' and pure mode is 'on'. Also periodically check your account to make sure its not on defense. iDung got me from 45-51 defense because of this mistake. Unfortunately having style switch 'off' lowers exp per hour. It's a risk you have to take.
If anyone is confused by what I am talking about, go equip ANY 2h on RuneScape. Select the 'smash' option which is CRUSH with STR bonus. Then un-equip the 2H and you will see it defaults to 'block' which is defense exp. This is the risk you have to take with iDung. In Dungeoneering if you are on crush(smash) and unequip then re-equip the 2H, it doesn't go back to crush(str) it goes back to crush(def).
