Ahhh dat feeling, music is very motivating while working-out, it doesn't let you begin asking questions within yourself, if you don't have music you start thinking 'Why am I doing this?' 'There is no point' 'I'm fine now, leave this set'
Those sorts of thoughts get cut down the amount of work you do per session very quickly.
