HOWEVER, during the cutting process which you're about to go through, your muscles will be vulnerable to diminishing. To prevent muscle loss from happening, LIFT HEAVY, if you're looking up workout routines for when you go the gym, look to train for STRENGTH, not SIZE. This is because during a cut you will hardly gain any muscle (hodgetwins have a whole video about this..).

Once your cut is over, find a workout plan which is for gain, not strength, to get you nice and yoked up.
This.

Eat less, excercise more. Couldn't be any simpler. You've got to want it to lose it.

Ahhh dat feeling, music is very motivating while working-out, it doesn't let you begin asking questions within yourself, if you don't have music you start thinking 'Why am I doing this?' 'There is no point' 'I'm fine now, leave this set'

Those sorts of thoughts get cut down the amount of work you do per session very quickly.

Its all about dieting and control your eating habits, try to consist on healthy stuff like vegetables, fruits and drink more and more water. You should definitely try to run 4-5 times a week. Lift weights 3-4 times a week. If you lift weights every day your muscles wont grow.

This thread is from July, why are people still posting on it? Doubt the OP still looks at it.
