First off eat alot more. You are going to want to eat about 100 calories over your daily caloric expenditure, I cant say for sure how many you use a day, but if you look around the web you can find some calculators that can give you an approximation.
Next, work out 3 days a week, doing compound lifts like squats, dead lift, etc..
You can eat whatever you want. Sounds to good to be true? Well it partially is. It basically fits into IIFYM, which stands for If It Fits Your Macros. You will need to figure out how much protein, fat, and carbs you need a day, and you can find that info out with a simple google search also. Oh, and drink lots of water.
