Miller4103 TWC request

He added me on MSN in response to my thread to buy Amazon giftcards. Normally, I request that the item actually arrive at my location before I pay, to avoid scams that involve them buying and then charging back. When I mentioned this, he started getting really sketchy and then rude.

He initially told me that he had two giftcards: $200 and $250. These amounts immediately raised some red flags for me. I checked out his other posts, and it included a post on -R-I-C-H-'s thread where he was trying to sell a $500 amazon card. When I asked about this in MSN he got extremely hostile and left the chat.

I'd recommend a TWC for having all these different amounts of massive Amazon giftcards that would almost certainly be charged back. The fact that he told me he only had a $200 and $250 when he was also trying to sell -R-I-C-H- a $500 is particularly damning.

Pretty much all his own threads/posts are him desperately looking to buy with direct paypal.

It's probably not enough for a ban, but seriously, if this doesn't earn him a TWC, I don't know what would.

No proof of email and paying with paypal isn't a sythe violation.
