So many of you may have read or heard about this story, some may not. Here is what happened: A 14 year old girl, Amber Cole, was filmed giving head to a 17 year old boy during school behind classrooms. The video was posted on twitter and now this case is spreading like wildfire. #AmberCole has now become a trending topic on twitter and she is being talked about enough right now.

What is everyone's thoughts on the situation?

Ugh actually it wasn't just two teenagers having sex. Her boyfriend broke up w her and told her the only way he would stay with her is if she gave him head. Then his friend filmed it, thus making it a very national story.

Hmm, the age barrier is a bit significant, however in all honesty, this goes on quite a bit.

For me, the act itself isn't all that bad, but rather what transpired; namely the fact that this is national newsworthy.

The girl is very young,it sucks she is going to be known for the rest of her life for that. The seventeen year old boy is in the wrong partially for doing it and allowing his friend to tape it, but again there are both very young, and stupid.

Wow, that's horrible. What a scumbag! I don't know how some guys can be so nasty to girls like that, it's going to haunt her for the rest of her life now. The poor girl :/ Still.. she shouldn't really go around sucking off guys so they don't break up with her, but she's only young!

Im 19 my ex is 15... Whats the problem, in the UK where i live the average age people lose there V is like 13 and younger girls automatically go for older guys.

I read though that she allowed/gave them permission to post the video online as they did ask her first. (If this is true though) Don't know the real story as I wasn't there but I can say that this isn't anything new.

Dude, do you live in Hull or something? Here's the problem with it: she was underage. If you went out with a 15 year old and you were 19 I think that's wrong. She's still in school :/ Fair enough when she's like 20 and you're 24 or something, but she's at SCHOOL and you've left COLLEGE (if you went).

Also, I wouldn't say the average age of losing your V is 13 at all, i'd say it's much more like 15-17, with some people losing it earlier, some losing it later. Don't make the UK sound like such a shithole full of chavs, it really isn't. Only certain parts like Hull, Middlesbrough, Liverpool etc.

If you've seen the video, she definitely stares the camera down at least once, she knew it was happening; so i have no pity for her as far as that goes.


This shouldn't be a "thing" as there's nothing special about it.

Perhaps I just watch too much L&O, but I assume the guy and his friend will be charged with producing child porn. So, sucks to be the girl, but she was hardly faultless in the situation, and I'm sure the guys will regret it as much as she does in the end. There's some satisfaction in that.

Depending on state laws, this could go many ways. If both were 'consenting', but both were under the age of consent, they can both be charged with 3rd degree rape (very rare, about as rare as getting charged with terrorism for a fake ID) or negligence of the law. If 17 was the age in consent in the state, however, the 17 year old will most likely be charged with some form or rape. However, if he did not consent to that video being taken, the case will most likely be thrown out as the video is invalid evidence but impossible to remove from the jurors minds.

The guy taking the video, if he knew their ages, could be charged with making child porn.
