go take a look in the general discussions area and you see finn selling a ebook about himself. this is in the wrong section and if you read it you will see finn blatantly abusing his power. rule 12 is to not post something that is not open to discussion and finn is banning people for calling him out.he is acting like a tyrant by banning anyone who crosses him like myself and blazingfast. he told me that i wasn't aloud to post on a thread or else i would be banned, why? because i was calling him out and he deleted my post were i was doing it. please handle this because it is pathetic and immature

seeing as how finn is at fault here i would like someone besides him to review my case

You are correct in stating that this rule is in existence. However, I firmly believe that there exists an opportunity for polite, respectful, and contributive discussion on the thread. I have been asked questions about my predicament and indeed about the economic crisis gripping European states. However, your contributions were neither polite nor respectful. As such, I requested - explicitly, so that you could not mistake my comments - that you might stop posting on my thread lest you receive a one week temporary ban. For you to continue to post after my comment was simply flagrant disobedience -- you clearly sought to create a crisis out of a deteriorating situation. You are firmly in the wrong here for feeling the need to post on my thread again having been instructed not to. As such, your ban will not be removed and you can return in a week.

The next time you are warned by an Administrator - or, in fact, any staff member - to stop posting on a user's thread after they have expressly indicated that they wish you to stop, you should stop doing so immediately. Furthermore, if you legitimately believed my thread was misplaced, you might have reported it so a Moderator could assess whether they, too, considered it misplaced. In fact, you might have even sent me a personal message so that I could respond to your complaints. As it happens, I am currently seeking to implement a new forum that would be a clearer & more suitable destination for eBook sales. Nonetheless, I maintain that there is opportunity for discussion on the thread I posted; however, discussion should, as ever, be polite, respectful, and inoffensive, as specified by both site-wide rules and indeed General Discussion rules.
