Either 'V3ngeanceDCS' is attempting to sell the account 'Azrael187' is in possession of, implying that he's selling something he doesn't have, a bannable offense itself, or, more likely, the account belongs to the same person selling the same thing with another sythe account after his initial thread failed. Adding to the likelihood that the two sythe accounts belong to the same person is the fact that the community URL on the steam account being sold by both of these people was changed from 'danger105cafe' to 'atothezazzle' when the second thread was made.

 

Multiple accounts is not against the rules, unless they interact or one is banned.
