Hacked Sythe/PayPal accounts?

These two threads are IDENTICAL.
I'm assuming that both of these users got their sythe and paypal accounts hacked, and the hacker is using them to buy mills and then disputing transactions as unauthorized.

I have not traded with either of them, but it is suspicious that both threads are identical, they are buying at a high price, and that people are complaining about getting disputed transactions.
