scammed by (JOGABOGA)

Hello, i bought a level 135 from JOGABOGA on the 24th dec 2010.

I tried to log onto the account this morning and it said invalid username or password, the password i made was the same password i had used for 3 weeks then i could not log on, i made an appeal with the details he gave me. when we done the trade it got declined. so i got into contact with him and he recovered it within 5 mins and told me the password then he said he would give me an full refund if his ip was on it when i logged in he is from estonia
and i checked the ip and its from estonia then he claimed is was not him !

i see an other member of sythe also has reported him for scamming him
also as you can see from pictures once i told him about the ip he logged off proof in picture

ill be calling up paypal to get my money back can you let me kno if this is okay also could you check the ips ;
