Sengira Selling Hacked Steam Accounts

Hey, my friend added sengira on MSN to buy a 7 digit with HL1 and Hl2. He realised he has many accounts so he asked him how he gets them and the he says that he 'Keylogs, hacks ' etc..
Since MasterPhoo is banned here, I'm posting for his behalf.
I read that this is not allowed in the sythe rules, so i decided to report him.
