    How to Join Sanity

Sanity is a Runescape-based society for those who are wise in the real world, but also knowledgeable in Runescape.

If you are to join Sanity, you need certain abilities, better known as entrepreneurial skills.

    The tests

You will go through multiple tests of which there is no true answer. It is up to you to decide what is best and we will judge you by your effort, your skills, and your ability to use English to your side.

    Test 1
    Professionalism
    Difficulty: Very Hard
-- You must create a listing specified under a specific time.

This means that you have to create a thread based on what you have been told.
In this test, we want to see your entrepreneurial skills and professionalism.

At the end of the test, we will ask you questions and if possible, tell you how your listing could have been improved.

    Test 2
    Trustworthiness
    Difficulty: Easy
-- You must be capable of being trustworthy. With this, we ask you to give us some knowledge specified. It could be about almost anything from Runescape to a special software for creating a website.

In return, we would like to present you each a gift of knowledge if you pass the 2nd test.

    Test 3
    Customer Service
    Difficulty: Medium-Hard
--You must be able to communicate with your customers at an expectant level.
This means that you need to show how great you are with customers. You need to show understanding of how to deal with bad and good customers.

    Test 4
Sanity is still under construction and further tests will be created. For now, you may apply under the following tests until further tests will be created.
You may apply up to 5 times.

    How to Join Sanity

You will be able to gain all the knowledge from fellow members worth $100's.

But the main idea is that those that get in will be known as a Sanity member, trustworthy and experienced. This means that people will recognize what they are selling as high quality and will look to buy from us before others.

This means that we will be stealing competition from all markets. The plan also is to discuss future possibilities such as expanding to other websites.

I hope this helps you and everyone else.

    Please do ask more questions,

    thanks.

    Ritchynator0.

I dont really see this working out for you in the long term in all honesty, as I dont particularly see the enticement for joining.

For example, you say that a benefit of joining will be that you achieve a level of trust and respect (in addition to some valuable knowledge that you have quantified at $100's+, which also doesnt make sense), you will gain respect and reputation. However that is also one of the requirements to joining, in addition to market savy.

Why would a member who is already market savy want to join, and have to share all of their tricks of the trade and secrets? How will you insure this "sharing" is enforced? Is there some sort of process to continually insure that the members of your group are living up to the name? How can you promise that joining will boost sales "up to 500%" and give prestige to your businesses? (no offense cause I dont really know you by any of your business handlings, I have seen you around the forums obviously ; P )

It sounds nice in theory, but there just doesnt seem to be an appeal to someone who is already well established, which is what it seems you are looking for in applicants.

(not flaming by the way, just offering constructive criticisms for what they are worth)

    Thanks for your message.

For the first pointer, I only mentioned that there is a chance of boosted sale.

Obviously there are those who have the moderator status, and are as you say well established etc. However they still have the option to sell goods which are not up to a high standard. By gaining this name you earn a higher status that involves you being known as high-quality trader - one that only sells goods up to a very high standard. Users of Sythe will recognize this symbol and will be encouraged to buy from you. The applicants I am looking for are not those that have a lovely title by their name. They go through tests of which I can analyse to see if they fit the applicants I need.
The knowledge we seek is not necessarily the knowledge of a moderator.

In equivalent to all the material the Founders have each, the total equates to $200. The more people there are, the more value there is for you to receive.

I hope that I managed to answer all your questions in detail. Please get back to me if you want to.

Last question I guess then is, why are you the arbiter of such a decision, to determine whether or not someone is business-minded and what not? I suggest you build up some references for yourself as well and include them in the thread before you can expect people to jump through hoops seeking the approval of your club, which at this point has no proof of legitimacy outside of some unbacked claims. Best of luck on your efforts.

    P.S, I am not a moderator by the way ; )
