Scammed by Brenny [VIDEO PROOF]

Briefly explain the trade: Account upgrade for paypal. I went first. He logged off MSN shortly after I ended the video where I upgraded his account.
How they scammed: He never paid me for the account upgrade/blocked me on MSN.
