How to organize your MSN contacts

Is your msn contacts list becoming a little to full or just want to keep it a little more organised?

Want to trim the numbers down?

Well first of all you need a program called Msn plus. This can be found here.

    Click the download free button.

Choose the language and the download button.

    Accept to download the program.

Now it's time to set up the program. Click next.

Use the default settings and click next.

Click "I accept to the terms and agreements, install massager plus, Live" and the click next.

Wait for it to install. It should take a few seconds.

Congratulations you have successfully installed the program, now it's time to use it.

Now in the top right hand corner you can see a new icon. It means you have installed it properly.

Click the new Icons and see what new features you have.

Now before using the program I suggest you wait a few days just to Msn Plus to count the days of people who last talked to you. Once the days have gone past click "contact list clean up"

This program clearly allows you to see if they have deleted your msn off their contact list.

Now as you can see, that there are people who don't have your msn, haven't logged on in ages and haven't spoken to you in a while. I can safely say you can delete them.

To delete mass contacts, hold down ctrl and click there names.

Now to the organise part of the guide.

First hold alt button down to get the menu bar.

    Click the "contact" button

Click the create category button and you'll see the picture below.

Enter a title of the category and click to add the people you want in it.

Click save and you've made a category

Now for the next little trick I'll show you.

Is how to add contacts to your desktop. This is great so you can organise who you need to speak to for the day.

Click the Msn Plus button again ten "Contacts on desktops"

Then select the people you want on the desktop and click apply then okay.

Now you will see it on the desktop, you can click and drag to any where you want.

Now double click the box and an msn window will appear.

I would like to thank Skele for telling me the program.

Now hopefully you can organise your contacts easier now.

How to organize your MSN contacts

This is a very great program, and I've been using it for about 2 months now. The contact clean-up feature is amazing. You've done a great job keeping this guide short and simple. Here comes some suggestions and tips from me.

You might want to include the part where you can hold CTRL and click on a contact. You can keep selecting all the contacts you don't want, and you can delete them all at once by doing that, rather than just selecting, and deleting the contacts you don't want. For the thread layout, I suggest centering the pictures and the steps described. I'd put the words in a bigger font, so it's more easier to find and read.

Now the topic of this guide is to 'organize' your MSN contacts. This guide shows how to delete unwanted contacts. If you really want to stick with the topic of organizing your MSN contacts, I'd put a part where you can make categories on your contact list. You can make a category for friends, Sythe friends, Middlemen, etc. It'll be much easier to find the MSN contact you're looking for.

Overall, this looks like a very nice guide that can be extended into a couple more parts. Good start on the guide, and I'm looking forward to seeing these changes. 8/10

Thank you so much! I had absolutely no idea about the "find out if they've deleted you or not" (you can credit that to me being new to MSN I suppose). Great job on the original pictures! I'll be sure to check out your other guides.

Edit: you may want to correct the errors in the title.
