And for the slayer helm - You must have at least 10 defence, 20 strength, and 40 combat to equip a black mask. From there you can just combine some stuff to make the slayer helm..

Might still be fake though, just saying it's not impossible

You have to complete that quest ( smoking kills ) than you have to do alot of tasks in order to get the ability to make a slayer helm. And i am 100% sure that that gives you way more xp than level 17.

Alright he's a scammer, but just to explain, 2b is as high as runescape shows, look Spyike's thread, he only has 2b as well.
