Full story:

I sold him a pin on XPHOBIAX. His Paypal account got limited. I accused him of scamming. He got mad. When his Paypal account got unlimited, he wouldn't refund the money. His name was Rhys Sandham from the UK. He was eventually banned, but not because of the pin, I didn't have enough proof. Now, he added me on MSN because I was flaming him, and we eventually made up. He added me on Facebook. I recognized his name. I accused him of ban evading, he changes his name on facebook.

This isn't that strong of evidence, but I'm 100% sure this is XPHOBIAX.
