How to submit a scam report on sythe | Complete In-depth guide

Hello everyone Its raigeki, here to explain how to submit a scam report affectively and actually get scammers banned!

I see scam reports closed all the time, do to insignificant proof Or simply because the proof wasn't presented in the correct manner or format.

Raigekis Step by step guide to making a scam report

1. You need to start making a report the moment after your realize you have been scammed.

2. Start with screenshoting the conversation. Do this by Viewing the part of the conversation you want to screenshot and press the "print screen" key on your key bored. If it doesn't seem necessary to screenshot the conversation from top to bottom, just get the important parts.



3. After you have hit "print screen" go to Start > Programs > accessories > paint. Then when your are at paint go to "file" and select paste. After that, save it to your desktop or where ever you want, and you have proof in screen shot form! (screenshots of MSN Logs do not count as proof)

4. Now You have to convert the screen shots to image code. You can do this buy uploading them to a site such as tinypics . After its uploaded it will convert it to IMG link form. Just Copy paste that into your thread and the screen shot will show!



5. Now the screenshot Proof is taken care of. You need to explain Below the screen show what was scammed from you and what was the supposed trade.
such as "I was selling him my 6 Digit For 25$ USD, But as your can see in the screen shot he just went offline after i gave him info".

6. Make sure the thread Looks organised and the screen shots show valid proof! Use my example below as reference.

Ok, I was selling dazed a hl1 5 digit steam account for 30$ USD, He convinced me To go first and then never sent money as you can see in the screen shot of the conversation and the screen shot of my paypal.






I gave him username/password and he Gos offline without sending Money
Please Ban this scammer!!!!

I would say this is a nice guide for people that when they submit a report, they just say, "Ya...____ scammed me...ban him pl0x." Now, they will understand how to make a good scam report without having to read a huge wall of text. Only real suggestions I could think of, are to add something to your text to make parts of it stand out more, and to fix a few capitalization errors. But, I would say overall, pretty good guide.

I thank you for another guide on how to submit scam reports; the state of the Report a Scammer section only proves we need more people to read these kind of guides.

However, your guide has a few major flaws, especially concerning the subject matter. Most people fail to take images of their conversation or take images of chat logs because scam report guides don't teach them not to close the active MSN window before everything is finished.

Your guide essentially only tells people how to screenshot and that images are important. It would be beneficial to outline how to construct a story that makes sense and is easy to read. It is also good to show how to make scam reports for multiple situations. Yours only shows a Paypal/Account trade.

Finally, the most important thing you need to consider is conventions. Your guide looks like a third grader wrote it because of the multiple grammatical and spelling mistakes. Proofreading is essential, especially when you're teaching others how to construct a report. Reports are closed all the time because the mods can't understand what the person is trying to say.

This guide only shows you how to deal with a specific type of scam. There are many ways to scam people and you should try to elaborate a bit more on other types to give people a good idea on how to do reports or collect evidence.
