Banned?? v2

My bad, forgot to mention I'm M0htasaUnique, wondering why I'm banned.
The reason is "Verts said so". I had an account, forgot the password, can't recover it, was told by Jesse to just stick with the one I've got and that I wouldn't be banned, but I was banned anyway.

Because "Vert said so" I'm supposing I'm being blamed for ripping art work (seeing as he is the graphics moderator), well if that's the case, I've got all the PSDs to show that they are mine.

If that's not the case, then why? D:

 

I've been told by TDD that you've ripped things from Sythe.org in the past. Also, I'm a she.

 

I do know that the real Mohtasa was a GFX mod at an old forum I used to go to (now down). I don't know if this is him, but if so, I doubt he ripped it.

 

What did I rip? I've got all the PSDs to everything I ever made, and posted here... if you would kindly add me on MSN, I can provide every PSD to the things I posted..

I'm still not clear on what I ripped but I can assure you, I haven't ripped in my life haha

 

I said this when you couldn't prove you were the old account which wasn't banned. This is now up to Verts to decide. I doubt it though.

 

This is not what I've been told by TDD. He claims you ripped things from Sythe.org.

Ok, so TDD doesn't have proof (other then memory) I ripped and I have proof that I had made every single piece of art posted here, why am I still banned? I've never ripped anything from sythe because I was graphics moderator at no-wai. If you knew me then, I cared more about that site and keeping in good terms with my friends there then anything so I wouldn't even risk stealing graphics PLUS again there's no evidence because the accusation is false... I proved I own every piece and unless the staff wants to stop blocking me like I know Jesse did, and actually talk to me about this face to face rather then post... wait a day, get a halfhearted reply, post, wait another day, get another useless reply, post again, wait ANOTHER day, and so on. You can even ask your moderator DarkGroove, he co-owned the site I posted most of my stuff on, he knows I never ripped and so if I didn't rip then, and I can prove I didn't rip now, why, oh why am I still banned?

Come on now...

 

Yeah I didn't mean to block you just some random guy with I didn't have added spammed me with 2 different font types/colors as soon as I get on talking about disputes. You can get it taken care of here and you can reply by making a new thread and I'll add the post to this one.

I honestly don't want to go against TDD but the way I see it there is no proof still but the ban had been so long ago and you clearly know what you're doing in graphics. I think a Global+ should decide on this.

 

If you decide he is unworthy of the ban, I know it is the real mohtasa. He was a GFX mod on no-wai and I had his fagex email and his private msn; I recently spoke to him on his private msn. I know it's him.

 

So I pretty much posted proof I didn't rip, and got a witness to m0htasaunique not being an impostor, and also agreeing with me that I had never ripped, when do I get unbanned...?

 

I talked to TDD and he said that if you were willing to post your own work from now on and not rip, then he wouldn't mind you being unbanned. Unfortunately for you, he really does think it's you.

 

Ok that works I guess, I would really like to talk to TDD about that though, so if I could get unbanned and get his MSN, I really want to straighten this out and make him see I don't rip..

Talking to TDD is a good idea though, get it straightened out.
