fucking help im pissed

idk wtf i think som1 hacke dmy computer or sumthin and they deleted my profile on windows like on the hompage when u turn on computer, and theres no other adminstrater accounts so i cant make a new one, not to mention i lost all my files pictures and everything
please help me im pissed off so bad

 

Boot your computer in safe-mode by pressing F12 at load screen during startup.


Use your core-administrator to create a new user account.


If I am correct, it is impossible to delete core-administrator on the computer, therefore it would be impossible to recover.

best thing to do is reformat..since u don't know what other viruses/keyloggers the hacker installed..if you have a recovery CD or a windows CD ;_;. If you don't borrow one..

 

The best thing for you to do is reinstall. You should have got a CD that came with your computer boot to it and run it. It will make your computer like new.

 

i dont have a cd, is there a way to make one of the other users admin or somethign

 

use system restore with the factory disk that came with your computer. Just pop it in and it'll redo everything on your hard drive. (warning: you WILL lose everything on your cpu. This formats to factory defaults)

 

now that i think about it i think he might have just hiddden it if thats possible, cuz i still hear my itunes palying

yes if he went thru CMD on the admin profile. IDK how to do nor fix it but I know its possible because i've heard of it before

I have added you on AIM, and whenever I see that you're online I will tell you how to change passwords using command prompt, and get on safe mode.


Once you have everything back to normal, this doesn't mean there aren't any trojans. You need to get AVG 8.0, therefore it's one of the highest ranked, and cheapest virus scanners. It is very dependable.


Next time watch what sites you visit and what you download.

You are wrong and you fail, AVG is not one of the best free ones, it is just the most commonly used, AVG misses a lot it just gets the general stuff.

So shut up about what you don't know.

1) It is not highest ranked
2) It is not "cheapest" it is a cheap free one.
3) No it really isn't.

AVG, if you purchase it instead of downloading free-trial, it is a very good scanner, and it only cost around 40 bucks give or take.

I didn't say it was highest ranked and the cheapest, but I said it was one of them.

 

try rebooting your windows? i didnt had the CD when this happend to me so i asked my ant to do it idk how she did it ill ask her ill pm you later.

You prolly got DDOSed. Someone now prolly owns your C: drive. The best alternative would be to change any credit information you had stored on the Pc.

 

Recovery is different than reformatting...

If you choose to reformat, it will probably take the virus off. Making a new administration account won't do you any good. The virus is just going to hurt that new one too.
Here's what you should know about reformatting:
1. Make sure that you have the copy of your operating system.
2. Make sure that you have ALL DRIVERS NECESSARY.
3. Go to dell.com to figure out how to reformat it. Good luck

 

OK there are a few things you can do...
Firstly, there is something called a "System restore"...set it for a few days before the hacker or virus got access to your computer, then restart your computer, it will go back to the time before the hacker gained access.

SEcondly...run a spyware check. Spybot is a good program. Delete all threats and spyware.

Thirdly, run a full system virus scan. Delete all viruses.


Lastly, if none of this works, you must reformat your computer.
