This may work but all you need to do is open your wireless connections and tap into your nieghbor's connection (this works great in apartments/condos/dorms)

All this does is shows more access points than Winblows does. Epic fail.

 

this will help you search the networks in more range from where you live.
its better in house areas/apartment.

 

Exactly, and piggybacking on someone else's Internet connection is naughty. Also it won't get you past any of the security on wireless routers. The guide is effectively useless.
