How to do a Backflip on a Trampoline

Hey there. Armadyl here writing my 2nd guide on how to do a backflip on a trampoline. To whoever can't do one yet, it's really easy! It's like riding a bicycle. First time you do it, you'll always be able to do it.

*You're going to need a trampoline to do this


**Also, always have someone (a spotter) with you. You could hurt yourself, and not be able to do anything about it.


Step 1: Make sure you are wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Too tight of clothes and you'll fail and look like a loser!


Step 2: Jump as high as you can. This is vital because if you don't complete the whole flip, you could hurt yourself.


Step 3: Kick your legs over your head. It's like doing a backwards somersault. Tuck your chin in also.

Step 4: Keep in this position until you have compelted the flip. Near the end kick your legs down so you are standing up.

Err.. Backflips are pretty easy. Anyways pretty good guide. 6/10 I just don't get that 'Mac' Computer Commercial Picture.

I'm going to agree with you, this guide is pretty simple. Anyone can really do a backflip unless your a bit... Big.

I actually don't know how to (Haven't tried, I guess.), I only know Frontflips.. But anyways, ok guide, but pretty easy.

Edit: beginners may want to put there hands over there heard when they do the backflip cuz it would keep them from crushing there neck.
