Description : So I was looking to buy an upgrade, and this guy adds me. And he goes "ok Well do this for 16 if we Use MM, in my thread" i clearly specify that The seller will be going 1st. I have no intention of involving MMs or pay for any for that matter. He then tries to intimidate me and to blackmail me for refusing to accept a MM if I wouldn't accept the MiddleManning (a MOD MM - I don't even know if he was legit or not didn't check). I kindly asked him to go fuck himself and wrote this report.

I mention that I have 56 Vouches and not one single report that targets me.

He did absolutely nothing wrong. You, on the other hand, were being extremely suspicious not using a middleman. Refusal of a middleman is grounds for a trade with caution.

It's well known. There's no reason to not use a middleman. If you didn't want to use me as a middleman, then that's understandable, but you wouldn't use any middleman.

 

Using a middle man involves verifying the identity of a 3rd party, then verifying if he is legit or not. That's why I reserve my right not to involve MMs. If the trader doesn't feel comfortable to go 1st ( I even specify that the seller will be going 1st) Then he shouldn't pmed me in the 1st place.

I didn't even agreed to his price tag of 16M to begin with.

And threatening me with a TWC as basis him being your friend is a bit biased.

 

TwC's are done on a case-by-case basis, anyway, there isn't a documented list of what you can/can't give a TwC for.

 

He's not really my friend, I've just MMed a few trades for him on his request. This isn't even a scam report, so not sure why it's posted here, and why you think I'm being biased. I'd gladly let any other moderator handle this "report".

What exactly are you reporting him for?

 

He considered . that you would act for him on a friendship relation without an official report, issue which is base for corruption. And this belongs here as I have no clue if the MM he added me to the chat with was even legit or not.

As far as I was aware he was also trying to get me to use a MM impersonating you. I know for a fact that I won't be scamming anyone.

I even returned 80M which was sitting on a char I bought for 55M .

If my vouches weren't enough to satisfy his need for security then he should have left me alone and not pm me asking for a higher price tag to which I didnt even agree and then directly act cocky for me refusing his terms.

PS if I Go to any of those trusted traders with hundreds of vouches and demand for a Moderator MiddleMan and they refuse on grounds that I am wasting time, do they face the threat to gain a TWC ? This policy if exists is at fault.

 

It was me who he invited in, so no, it was not an impostor. A simple request for a private message would have proved that. It's not as difficult as you make it out to be.

Not using a middleman is still very suspicious, no matter how many vouches you have. I have over 100 vouches and I'm still willing to use a middleman for all trades if required.

As for this report, I still have no idea why it's here. If you're upset that he insulted you or "acted cocky" (as you said) then I'm sorry, but that's why you can block people on Skype/MSN.

Edit: And I didn't give him an advantage because we were friends. He showed me screenshots of your conversation, and I saw first hand that you refused to use any middleman (you even posted the proof yourself above). Your TWC is warranted in my opinion. If you want a second look then please take it up with someone of a higher rank than I.
