I would pay about 10m - 15m max. That is a very basic signature as far as C4D sigs go. Looks like Kina's work and it sounds like you got gypped.

Those little bits of smudged light things look like crap tbh. This looks like it probably took about half our max to make, and that he was trying to get away with the bare minimum.
