I've made plenty of these in the past so i'm going to just start with something new.

I was banned around 2009 for impersonating, I don't know who, and forcing someone to donate for me "Loveable"
Why I believe I should be unbanned;
I was banned for impersonating someone I didn't even know who. *You log in and it tells you when your banned will be lifted and why you were banned, on mine it said I was banned for impersonating someone, this was the first i've heard of it. *I appealed it and got the ban lifted because there was no evidence that I had impersonated anyone, only the word of an ex-staff. I had been back to Sythe for a week and my friend, who i came to Sythe with, that i met over xbox years ago, "Loveable" said he was getting around $500 and asked me if I wanted him to donate for me since I helped him with many things "Programming, Scripting, etc". *I told him if he would like to that would be fine but i never did i "force" him to, how can i force someone i don't even know in real life to do something for me? *He donated around $50 for me i think, it wasn't even that much i don't remember.
Anyways, he directly contacted Finn and told him that I forced him to donate for me, with no evidence at all, i was banned. *I'm not accusing Finn of anything, but i personally believe he banned me because I was somewhat of a "gay basher" at the time being.*
On none of my bans were there ANY proof whatsoever, only the words of one Sythe member and an newly administrator.
At the time, Ben, Tyro, NickV and a few trusted Sythe members were trying to get me unbanned because they knew there was no proof to ban me on but every appeal i made was instantly deleted by Finn, it was to the point to where I had Ben and NickV post my appeals for me and he was still deleting them.
I appealed once and I was accused of ban evading, this stuck only because I do not have a source of Wifi and I was on Verizon 3G with multiple IP addresses, this cause a panic to some people because I was notorious for being a ban evader when in reality i never was. *If Ben was still here he would vouch I never ban evaded because I was to concerned about not being able to be back on Sythe.
I would like to believe I helped the community in some way, I reported plenty of posts you can still view that via my profile im sure, i made plenty guides on helping other Sythe members, i was on the IRC every day, 24/7 and I would always help someone who needed anything.
I gave up appealing my ban when i realized no one would take my case seriously and I would always be banned as long as someone was here to delete my appeals.
I'm appealing my ban now because I'm in the gold selling business, RSGP / WoW gold on PA and TBN. *I would like to increase my business Sythe by coming back to Sythe.
I am just asking for one more chance, if it means a 1 infraction perm ban, that is fine, a twc, that is fine too.
