I have a compaq tower, i personally customized it. It has 4gbs and it is a 2.4Ghz. I can throw in a mouse if you want?

I am looking to get mainly cheaper computers, laptops. Like ones people don't use anymore, so I can take parts from them and mess around with it, and if I break something it doesn't make me to irate.
