Information Gathering :)

Thought this would be the best place to post this. I am currently gathering information for a Paypal case, to hopefully get his PP account closed and limit his options to scam again. If this thread should be in General or something, please move it
This user seems to have realised that his time is up on this forum, on that particular username, and is probably working his way up to 'Member' on another username, to start all over again. No activity from him in 9 days.

According to his reply to my Dispute on Paypal, he has had 7 attempts from different users, for charge-backs/disputes. And if all of those 7 users post their information on this thread, this would make a great case for each of us and help towards the decision!

Any other relevant information: This user also claimed that he was the owner of a Vouched account on PlayerAuctions under the same name, "Gold Platform." I asked for a message confirming this, but he said that he cannot message me, because PA does not allow it. I have recently discovered that it does.
Added MSN, Confirmed talking in thread, I went first with a note attached to the payment: "I have purchased and received virtual goods and will not chargeback or dispute the money."

I have sent a Private Message to the users in the quotes above, asking them to gather all the proof that they can, and post it in this thread. This would be a great help towards both, getting this user banned on Sythe and Refunding scammed members/Banning the scammer on Paypal!

I am asking that you do not lock this thread, or as mentioned above, move it to the General Section, with the Mod placing a Post saying "this has been moved blahablabalha.." Would appreciate it. Thanks.

 

I see no reason to ban based off accusations with no proof shown whatsoever, if any of the members scammed have legitimate proof they should post it in the report a scammer section not make accusations as this will not help your case in banning the user.
