As blazee said, you know your body better then we do. However you said that you bench 38kg decline/incline/normal for 10 reps, so I would imagine that your 1RM ("1 rep max") would be around 48-52kg. But you don't know until you try.
As Liight said, rest is very important. Very Important! If you miss a day, don't try and make up for it the next day. Keep to your normal routine.
A piece of advice, start with a lighter weight and work your way up instead of starting at your max and working your way down. This will prevent injury, promote increased blood flow and ultimately give you a better workout.
