Hang On is a Scammer

Basically I met Hang On on Runescape about 2 weeks ago. I noticed he had a Baby Troll called "Novite Kiteshield". I asked if he had a Sythe and he said he did. (Hang On) He offered to sell me a dungeoneering staff for 2M and I agreed, but he wouldn't go first. As I was fairly rich then, I didn't care and went first. Then he scammed me. I didn't take any pictures and don't really care about the RSGP I just want him banned so he doesn't scam any other Sythe members. I'm not sure if this is enough proof, but this is all I have:
