I hope is it 3/31, but Amazon is just guessing since the last update was early 2012

This ^ Its just speculation on their end. There still is no official release date on the game yet, and the developers have stated they are making big changes so I doubt it will come out until the end of the year, most likely during the holiday season.

But damn I hope it comes out before summer vacation.

It looks like it definitely wont be out in February. The game has just received massive system updates and hence more testing and tweaking will need to be conducted. Damn you Blizzard.
