TWC question
i have a question about a TWC
If some1 gets a TWC and then makes a new account so he doesnt have it anymore, is that classified as ban evading?

Not ban evading but worthy of a perm ban. Should be reported.

i havent seen it happen but was just wondering and i will do in the future if i find one, maybe should be added to the rules?

If they do it without notifying the staff, then it may be considered an unconscionable act and they may be banned. However, if you wish to create a new account, you must notify staff so that a TWC will be placed on a new account.
Past instances have gone either way, sometimes they just slap him with a new TWC and other times the user has been permanently banned. It just depends on the intent, and pleading oblivion has been admissible in the past.
