Just finished reading the guide. The guide is a very good guide for beginners/people who are trying to start going to the gym. It covers a broad range of topics from workout terms to diet/nutrition so its definitely worth a read to familiarize yourself with the gym lifestyle. My only one criticism is that since it covers a LARGE range of topics, there are some topics that are missing a bit of information but that is expected since it explains all/most aspects of working out. There is no such thing as a one workout that works for all so you will have to do your own research on what works for you, it is inevitable. This guide will push you in in the right direction and make you feel more comfortable about going to the gym. Overall, great guide.

Just finished reading his ebook and I can't believe the information in it, I would say this book is perfect for the people who are looking to get in shape/go on a diet/build muscle. I think this guide/ebook is very well written also it shows you how to prepare/cook foods I.e what ingredients. I would recommend this guide to anyone who is looking to build muscle/get in shape.

Just a small point to improve it:
For me as a dutchy it would be easier to have pics of what a workout looks like so I know what to do exactly ^^.
