unique username - terrible scammer but still must be banned

Briefly explain the trade: First I was going to buy 34m for $22. I presented this offer and he freaked out saying "wow can you do math" and other rude comments. Eventually he realized that 34m for $22 is indeed, .65/mill (his asking price) This is when I should've known to stop trading, but oh well. Anyway, because of paypal fees I was only able to pay $20. After this, I still had $1 left so I gave it to him because he said he would give me the original 34m.

How they scammed: After paying him $21 and pasting the proof in MSN, he immediately logged out of MSN. He has been logged out for nearly 30 minutes since then.

The only reason I went through with the trade is because unique username had 13 vouches some of them from credible people such as the OMM Hahanerd. Also, $21 is a small amount to scam for. Furthermore, I could always charge back if he did scam me. That is why this scam makes absolutely no sense and unique username is one of the worst scammers alive, but that makes it all the more frustrating. All he scammed was my time...
