I help you get OMM [N]ick by answering all your questions and then helping you out on RSBot, and you backstab me by infracting me for spamming? How is the content of my post spamming when it contributes to the thread? My application is currently pending, and I'm absolutely fit to MM such a trade. I have 198 Vouches.

Don't make this such a drama issue over an infraction. You're no exception to the rules and even if you helped me doesn't give you a 'free pass'. I'm not 'backstabbing you' by following the regulations.

Now with regard to the infraction, the OP titled his thread:

You're not an official middleman and even if you think you're 'fit' for the trade, the OP wanted an official. The fact you later coerced him into using your services is irrelevant.

And I have no doubt there will be some speculation that I wanted to steal the trade. To clarify I declined middlemanning it a few days ago, they were planning on using Darkgroove.

Any other Moderator is welcome to post their thoughts, but I ask for you to wait until I see your reasoning before a reversal. Thanks.

It says specifically in the sticky that this is a forum for unofficial middlemen to both ADVERTISE their services and for regular users to search for unofficial middlemen. The thread creator may have been in the wrong place, but unb4nn3d was not. Reversed.

 

Even if the thread creator was in the wrong place, he still wasn't looking for unofficial middlemen. The precedent has always been to follow what the OP is saying. You follow what the topic is and move it to another forum if necessary. Unb4nn3d posted a stupid, pointless, annoying, message when you take the thread into consideration. His comment had little or no relevance to the topic at hand.

I'm going to stand by the fact the infraction is warranted.
